Custom Built Personal Computers: GDK produces three models of its individually built computers. The component parts are hand picked by fully qualified computer engineers with reliability and performance as the foremost requirement. Each unit must pass rigid quality assurance testing before being packaged for delivery.

Real Time Responses: GDK Customers  are assured of less than a 3 hours response time for any priority one computer problem you report by telephone. Priority 2 problems will attract same day responses, other problems are by arrangement.

Full Customer Technical Support: GDK provides full customer support for the first 3 months at no cost to the customer. Thereafter Customers may engage a pre-paid annual support contract, or may opt for "Time & Materials" charges for each tune-up or repair visit.

Technology Advisor: GDK tracks the latest development in Information Technology and will ensure that you as a customer is aware and can utilize these technology solutions to good advantage.

 

Our rates vary depending on the task at hand, and start at $3000 J.M.D. per hour during business hours. After hours we charge a minimum of $6000 J.M.D. per hour.
