any priority one computer problem you report by telephone. Priority
2 problems will attract same day responses, other problems are by
arrangement.
Full Customer Technical Support: GDK
provides full customer support for the first 3 months at no cost to the
customer. Thereafter Customers may engage a pre-paid annual support
contract, or may opt for "Time & Materials" charges for each tune-up or
repair visit.
